“SERPACT” Ltd, (the “Company”), UIC: BG 202477340, with registered address at Svilengrad, p.k. 6500, 19 Krayrechna Str., Office 6th, processes your personal data in accordance with the requirements of the General Regulation, hereinafter referred as The Company, on Personal Data Protection (EU Regulation 2016/679) and the Personal Data Protection Act.

In order to comply with the regulatory requirements, with the current privacy policy the Company provides information about your rights, the type of personal data that is being collected and processed, the ground on which the personal data is being processed, the ways in which the Personal data will be stored and used, as well as the cases in which the Personal data may be  provided to third parties..

According to Art. 4 of EU Regulation 2016/679, the term „personal data”  means any type of information that may be used to identify directly or indirectly a separate natural person or a, in particular by an identifying data such as name, identification number, location data, an online identifier or one or more characteristics that may refer in any way to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, intellectual, economic, cultural or social identity of that individual.

In accordance with our obligations under Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (the “General Data Protection Regulation”), the Company ensures that the processing of personal data such as name, address, telephone and email address will always be in accordance with the Regulation. and the applicable Bulgarian legislation in the field of personal data protection.

Categories of data subjects: Users of the website are natural persons who wish to buy and use our product.

Categories of personal data: When a person uses the services provided by our Website, as a User, we will process the following personal data about that person:

• When registering as a User – names, email address, country of origin;
• To receive an invoice for a service used – names, social security number (or date of birth) and address;

We do not store or collect your bank account data! All payment methods are handled by Stripe.

Purposes and legal grounds for processing: We will process the personal data of the Users for the following purposes of Identification of the person as a User;

Storage period: 7 We will store the personal data received through our Website during your registration as a User on our website and until the deactivation of your customer profile and 10 years in connection with maintaining accounting records and financial statements (Article 38 of the Tax Procedure code). For personal data, shared with Skillplate, please refer to the Privacy policy, entered on their website.

Recipients of personal data: We will share all of your personal data with Skillplate, as provider of our service that you use. We may share Users personal data with the following third parties: Company employees; computer and software service providers; providers of tax and accounting services and auditors; legal consultants and lawyers; State bodies of executive and judicial power;

II. PERSONAL DATA OF VISITORS AND OF DATA OBTAINED FROM A CONTACT FORM (“CONTACT US”)

When we have received an inquiry from an individual through our contact form available on the Website, we will use the contact details provided by them (names and email address) to contact them and provide them with the information or assistance they require.

Personal data obtained through the contact form will be stored for a period of up to [drop-down menu, to choose] from receipt of the relevant inquiry.

METHOD OF COLLECTION

Each visitor provides personally the personal data, entered or uploaded to the Website.
